S type ·JIS B1176 [Hex Socket Sems Bolt·strength type 10.9] is the same cross section shape dimension as no.2 for spring washer in JIS B1251, using spring washers of different inside·outside diameters. ·Mechanical property of tightening「spring washer」is in accordance with JIS specification. ·Strength type of bolt is 10.9, showing low trouble due to coating process. SP type ·Spring washer and flat washer are inserted into hexagon wrench bolt. Uses are the same as those of P-type. ·Specifically it is best way to prevent loosening by use of spring reaction force when strong tightening is not provided to tightened material. P type Flat washer is inserted into hexagon wrench bolt. Its applications are as follows: ·When you want to widen washer tightening area. ·When surface hardness of tightened material is low. ·When you want to prevent any defect on surfaces of tightened material. ※ Select it properly by referring to features as shown above.
